How to Return an Item:
Contact Us: Please email qwerrt@blesseec.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective or incorrect, please attach photos so we can process your request more quickly.
Ship It Back: Once you receive our return confirmation, please ship the item to the designated address. Please note that, unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.
Refund Processing: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned package (confirming it meets return criteria), we will immediately initiate the refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Promotional or discounted items may not be eligible for “no-reason” returns unless there is a quality issue; please refer to the specific product page for details.
